| 1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued before any returns/exchanges can be made. Otherwise, your return or exchange will not be processed.2. Returns for exchanges or refund will be allowed only within 14 calendar days of the receipt of your product(s). This will be verified through shipping (ie., tracking number). 3. Merchandise must be NEW, unused, and in original
sellable condition. Merchandise showing signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, painted, or defaced will not be allowed. It's the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correct fitment and/or vehicle application before installation. 4. An issued RMA number does not automatically imply a replacement or refund. All products will be inspected either by us or the manufacturer based on customer claims before any refunds/exchanges are
issued. 5. For fitment issues, customer must first contact the manufacturer of that product for verification before a return/exchange can be authorized. No returns/exchanges on apparels, body kits, closeout items, decals, electronic items (including spark plugs), fluids, gauges, fuel pump, special order items or internationally shipped items. 8.
Once the returned/exchanged item has been received, please allow 7 working days for your return/exchange to be processed. 9. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A 20% re-stocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns and exchanges. These criterias are also applicable to unapproved, refused shipments. | |
