High Delivery Rate - In an industry where drop-shipping is common, we currently offer a high delivery rate.  This means that most orders are shipped from our warehouse the same day (if order is placed by 4:00pm EST, excluding weekends and holidays).  By stocking what we sell, we are able to provide our customers with this high delivery rate.

Excellent Customer Service & Warranty Support - You can expect professional and courteous customer service at all times.  This excellent service does not end with your purchase.  As an Authorized Distributor for the products that we sell, we can assist you with any post-purchase issues, such as fitment or warranty claims*.  We work closely with all of our manufacturers to provide you with the best product support.  *Most manufacturers only provide warranty support to their authorized dealers.

Order Status Updates - Tracking number(s) is provided with every order, including international orders.  If an item is delay in shipping, we will notify you via email with an option to continue or cancel the order.  Also, we only charge your credit card (if paying by CC) for the items that have shipped.

Actual Images of Product - Unlike most other performance auto part sites, where one image is used for the entire product line, at Ptuning (whenever possible) we will provide you with the actual image of the product.  For online shopping, we know the importance of seeing the actual image of the product you are purchasing.

No Hassle Return or Exchange - If your return or exchange meets all the conditions listed under our Return & Exchange Guidelines we will gladly issue you an RMA#.
