                Return Policy

                Product Returns

                Performance Tuning (PTuning) will accept returns for unused products within up to 30 days from the original purchase date (exclusions apply). There is a 14 calendar day window from the original purchase date (or receipt date for items shipped – to be confirmed via in-store receipt or tracking number where applicable) in which PTuning can apply return credit to the original payment method used. After that 14 day window, all refunds will be in the form of PTuning in-store or online credit. The purchaser/customer is responsible for all return shipping/handling costs and fees, including up to a 20% restocking fee. All returned products must be new, unused, in original packaging, and must contain all included components (including but not limited to; instruction manuals, hardware, labelling, etc.). All returns must be issued with prior PTuning approval and returned items must be appropriately packaged and labelled with any additional required information (RMA number, fault description, etc.). All prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

                Product Warranty

                All products are sold with manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. No other warranty is expressed or implied. Some products sold are for off-road use only and may never be used on a public highway. Please check your local laws regarding the installation of these products. PTuning will not be liable for labor, incidental or consequential damage of any kind.

                Fitment Issues

                If the return being requested is due to a component not fitting the customer’s vehicle and the customer believes there was a listing error on PTuning’s part, please contact PTuning directly and a customer service specialist will investigate the cause of the fitment concern, and make any necessary corrections. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper fitment/application prior to placing order. If PTuning finds a listing error, PTuning will provide a shipping label for the product to be returned in new, unused condition, original packaging, and all additional components included. Replacement return items will be shipped to the address of the original purchase. Shipping/handling costs/fees are final, non-refundable, and the responsibility of the customer including up to a 20% restocking fee.

                Return Exceptions

                No return or exchange on any of the following products; apparel, body kits, clearance items, decals, electronics items (including fuel pumps, fuel pump installation kits, ECU’s, etc.), spark plugs, ignition wires, fluids, gauges, special order items, wheels or tires that have been mounted, clearance items, internationally shipped items, etc. All items will be inspected by PTuning and/or the manufacturer prior to issuance of refund or exchange. PTuning reserves the right to remedy any typographical errors, to deny any return requests that show signs of disregarding this return policy, and to approve/deny any return/exchange claim at our discretion. Once your return/exchange item has been received by PTuning, please allow 7 working days for that claim to be processed.
