Items marked as 'Free Shipping' qualifies for free standard ground shipping to the lower contiguous 48 US States. Oversized products and manufacturer direct ship products are excluded from this offer unless otherwise noted.
All "In Stock" items will ship the same day if order is received before 4PM EST (Monday-Friday). You will be notified with estimated turnaround time on "Out of Stock" and "Special Order" items.
Depend on shipping carrier and selected shipping method, standard transit time is 1-5 business days (excluding weekend and holidays).
"Out of Stock" Items
If an order is placed for an item that is currently "Out of Stock", your order will be processed and kept in our system until the item is available to ship. Once shipped, you will be notified via email with tracking information.
Billing / Shipping Addresses
If you wish to have your order shipped to an address other than your billing address, please be aware that your order may require additional verification and may be subjected to processing delays. We recommend allowing extra time for order fulfillment when shipping to an alternate address. Damaged / Lost Shipment
If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify us us within 48 hours to initiate a damage or lost package claim with the shipping carrier. Please do not attempt to install, assemble or modify the product. Please keep all original packaging that was included with the shipment.
